林查班港：進(jìn)口清關(guān)包干費(fèi)用；

曼谷港：進(jìn)口清關(guān)包干費(fèi)用；
Bangkok port: Import clearance lump sum charge;
2.2出口業(yè)務(wù)
2.2 Export operations
林查班港：出口操作包干費(fèi)用+代辦各種清關(guān)證書費(fèi)用；
Laem chabang Port: Import customs clearance lump sum charge+various customs clearance certificates charge;
曼谷港：出口操作包干費(fèi)用+代辦各種清關(guān)證書費(fèi)用；
Bangkok port: Import clearance lump sum charge+various customs clearance certificates charge;
三、投標(biāo)資格要求
III. Qualification requirements for tenders
3.1必須具有法人資格，在泰國(guó)境內(nèi)注冊(cè)合法公司，有固定的營(yíng)業(yè)場(chǎng)所且運(yùn)營(yíng)2年以上。
3.1 Must have legal personality, register a legal company in Thailand, have a fixed place of business and operate for more than 2 years.
3.2提供企業(yè)有效期PP20、最新DBD、 企業(yè)簡(jiǎn)介等相關(guān)資料。若投標(biāo)人提供的證明文件是其母公司或上級(jí)集團(tuán)的材料，必須有其母公司或上級(jí)集團(tuán)提供對(duì)本次投標(biāo)的擔(dān)保書或授權(quán)委托書。
3.2 Provide relevant information on the validity period PP20、 DBD 、 latest enterprise profile.If the supporting documents provided by the bidder are the materials of its parent company or superior group, it must have its parent company or superior group to provide a guarantee or power of attorney for this tender.
3.3提供高效和完備的服務(wù)質(zhì)量保障，包括節(jié)假日24小時(shí)服務(wù)，必須具備貨物運(yùn)輸追蹤管理能力，并具有流暢的信息溝通渠道。
3.3 To provide efficient and complete service quality assurance, including 24-hour service on holidays, it is necessary to have the capability of cargo transportation tracking management and a smooth communication channel.
3.4具備抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力，對(duì)貨物（含外包裝物）上船前所負(fù)責(zé)的泰國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)內(nèi)陸運(yùn)輸、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)進(jìn)行投保，并承擔(dān)在儲(chǔ)運(yùn)過(guò)程中造成的損失。
3.4 Risk-resistant insurance for inland transportation and storage of goods (including outer packaging) in Thailand before they board the ship and bear the losses caused during storage and transportation.
3.5投標(biāo)方注冊(cè)資本不低于500萬(wàn)泰銖，擁有豐富的報(bào)關(guān)、物流工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉進(jìn)出口食品集裝箱業(yè)務(wù)操作。
3.5 The registered capital of the tenderer is not less than 5 million baht, with rich customs declaration and logistics experience, familiar with import and export food container operation.
3.6本次招標(biāo)不接受兩家及以上聯(lián)合投標(biāo)；

4.1 報(bào)名截止時(shí)間：2021年3月19日9：00前；

4.2.1 按附件要求填寫的報(bào)名表1，報(bào)名表2（Excel版）發(fā)送至下方的郵箱；

4.2.2 有效期PP20、最新DBD、法人代表授權(quán)書等資質(zhì)證明資料復(fù)印件并加蓋公章；
4.2.2 valid period PP20、 the latest DBD 、 legal person representative authorization letter and other qualification documents photocopy and affixed official seal;
4.2.3 能證明投標(biāo)單位資信良好（如A級(jí)物流企業(yè)認(rèn)證、銀行資信證明等）、具備承擔(dān)本招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目的能力、具備相應(yīng)運(yùn)輸能力和必要的信息溝通能力、質(zhì)量保障能力的相關(guān)文件資料；
4.2.3 can prove that the tenderer has good credit (e.g. A level logistics enterprise certification, bank credit certificate, etc.), has the ability to undertake the bidding project, has the corresponding transportation ability and the necessary information communication ability, the quality assurance ability related documents and materials;
4.2.4 報(bào)名資料需在截止日期前郵寄到如下地址（可根據(jù)遠(yuǎn)近程度自行選擇中國(guó)或泰國(guó)地址郵寄），或以當(dāng)面方式提交。
